1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PackMyTravel ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Service Description

PackMyTravel provides:

• Hotel booking services at negotiated business rates
• Automated VAT invoice generation
• Team booking management tools
• Concierge services for complex travel needs

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update information if it changes
• Be at least 18 years old

4. Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes unless noted.

Payment: Payment is due at time of booking unless you have an approved invoicing arrangement. We accept major credit cards via Stripe.

Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate type. The applicable policy is displayed before you confirm your booking.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate traveler information
• Comply with hotel policies and local laws
• Not resell or broker bookings made through our platform
• Not use automated tools to scrape or access our Service

6. Our Responsibilities

We will:

• Process bookings promptly and accurately
• Provide customer support for booking issues
• Issue VAT-compliant invoices for all bookings
• Maintain reasonable security measures

7. Limitation of Liability

PackMyTravel acts as an intermediary between you and hotels. We are not liable for: hotel service quality, overbooking situations handled by hotels, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Our liability is limited to the booking fees paid to us.

8. Intellectual Property

The PackMyTravel name, logo, and all content on our platform are our property or licensed to us. You may not use our branding without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Existing bookings remain valid regardless of account status.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
